Pasco officials advise residents to seek shelter, local shelter accepting residents

PASCO COUNTY, Fla. - Pasco residents are being advised to take shelter tonight and into tomorrow, unless the area is in danger of flooding.
The Dasano Shelter, located at 11611 Denton Avenue in Hudson is open to Pasco residents in need of shelter.
Tropical Storm Debby will continue to affect Pasco County tonight, into tomorrow, the Sheriff’s Office warns.
Transit buses will provide transportation to shelters from the following bus stop locations:
- State Road 52 and US 19 at the northeast corner
- Anclote Elementary School at 3610 Madison Street in New Port Richey.
