PORT RICHEY, Fla - Pasco County deputies say a verbal argument between brothers ended when one brother hit the other with a metal baseball bat.
It happened Thursday at 7615 Briarwood Drive in Port Richey.
Deputies say Derrian Grier, 20, began arguing with his brother about leaving the house.
During the argument, Grier grabbed a metal baseball bat and struck his brother left side of his head and a second time in his right shin, an arrest report states.
Grier's brother reportedly suffered a large laceration on the left side of his forehead and according to Pasco County Fire Rescue, his shin was also broken.
Deputies say Grier admitted to hitting his brother with the metal baseball bat.
