PASCO COUNTY, Fla - Pasco County deputies say they confiscated 210 spice packets and drug paraphernalia from Mobile Food Mart Friday.
Detectives responded to tips from the public and executed a search warrant as part of an undercover drug investigation, according to an arrest report.
The store is located at 36952 SR 54.
Tammy Embrey, 46, was arrested and is now under investigation for for possible sale of trafficking of controlled
substances related to synthetic marijuana.
Along with the Spice packets, drug paraphernalia and ledgers were also seized. Some of the Spice packets were found in the freezer easily accessible to customers and children, according to deputies.
Detectives also found a letter from the Pasco Sheriff's Office in the store office warning businesses of a pending crackdown on the sale of Spice and a tough county ordinance which can fine store owners up to $500 per Spice packet.
