PASCO COUNTY, Fla. - A Pasco County commissioner was arrested over the weekend on a domestic violence charge after his wife called police, according to the Sheriff's Office.
Theodore John Schrader got into an argument Friday night at their Dade City home, deputies said. Early Saturday, he allegedly grabbed her left wrist and leg and pulled her toward him.
She reportedly suffered some bruising, but declined treatment.
Schrader, 57, was booked into the county's Land O' Lakes facility on a charge of domestic battery.
The couple has been married for 30 years.
