ODESSA, Fla. - Authorities are investigating an early morning house fire in Odessa that killed a 93-year-old Tuesday, according to the Pasco County Sheriff’s Office.
Pasco Fire and Rescue responded to a house fire on the 1600 block of Rowland Drive after the call came in at 12:41 a.m.
Nearby residents were evacuated due to propane tanks at the back of their home.
Fire crews found one dead person, a 93-year-old man, inside the home.
Authorities say the cause of death and the cause of the fire is unknown at this time. The investigation is ongoing.
