PASCO COUNTY - "You want some of this?"
According to an arrest report, that is what Donald Jackson, 48, asked two Pasco County deputies Wednesday morning before he attempted pulling a knife on them.
Deputies say they were first called to Jackson's home at 1224 Calvary Rd., Lot 5, in reference to a dispute. According to the arrest report, Jackson was the complainant.
When deputies asked Jackson if he placed the called, he reportedly denied it and walked back into his trailer home. Minutes later, Jackson came back outside.
That is when deputies say he became aggressive and reached into his right sleeve to pull out a knife.
One of the deputies grabbed Jackson's arm and took him to the ground. Jackson was handcuffed following a short scuffle.
Deputies say Jackson told them he wanted them to shoot him and that he wanted to die.
After Jackson was read his rights, he told deputies he wanted them to shoot him because his girlfriend didn't love him anymore, the report states.
Jackson is now charged with two counts of aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest with violence.
Jackson is being held on $25,000 bond and remaind in the Land O' Lakes jail.
