DADE CITY, Fla. - An 18-year-old Dade City man is under arrest on two counts of attempted murder.
According to the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, investigators believe Andres Limas fired at least 10 shots into the front end and windshield of a vehicle with two people inside.
It happened around 1:20 a.m. Saturday at 17th Street and Long Avenue.
According to victims' sworn statements, Limas allegedly fired those shots while standing in the back of a Chevrolet pickup truck.
The driver of the targeted car was able to travel to a relative's home where they called 911, according to the affidavit. No injuries were reported in the incident.
Deputies made contact with Limas, where he reportedly denied any involvement in the shooting, then asserted his right to legal counsel.
