PALM HARBOR, Fla. - Detectives have arrested two men for the robbery of a Palm Harbor pharmacy.

According to a sheriff's statement, William Pelno walked into the Curlew Pharmacy at 30229 US 19 North on Wednesday morning and handed an employee a note. It implied he had a weapon and demanded oxycodone.

The employee handed over an unspecified amount of the drug and Pelno fled to a vehicle driven by Neal Wallace.

Descriptions of the men and their getaway car led detectives to the suspects' Seminole home later in the day.

According to the report, both men confessed to the crime and the oxycodone was recovered.

Pelno also admitted to robbery on March 6 at a CVS on Bryan Dairy Road in Seminole, where he got away with an undisclosed amount of the same drug.

Pelno and Wallace were booked into the Pinellas County Jail on robbery charges.
