LARGO, Fla. - If you are a cat person, then Largo is the place to be this weekend for the International Cat Association All Breed Cat Show at the Minnreg Hall in Largo.
Cats will compete in 12 different rings on both days. Judges are in town from all around the country. You'll get a chance to meet cats from more than 25 different breeds: short hair, long hair, short leg, leopard look alikes, tiger look alikes and more.
Cats and kittens will also be up for adoption from local shelters.
In addition, vendors will be selling everything you need for your cat and kitten -from toys, beds, trees and even unique gifts.
The show runs Saturday and Sunday from 9am-4pm. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children, kids under 6 are free. You can get a $1 off admission if you donate a can or bag of cat food.
They are also collecting items for a local spay and neuter clinic. Items such as blankets, bleach, paper towels, trash bags, cleaning supplies, baby wipes, cat and dog crates and food are needed.
