Twelve arrested in Clearwater prostitution sting

CLEARWATER, Fla. - Clearwater Police conducted a sting in the East Gateway area of the city in an effort to reduce prostitution solicitation and activity.

Tammy Poreotis, 46, Cynthia Demember, 44, Barbara Connors, 50, Britney Lightfoot, 30, Stephanie Murphy, 36, and Teresa Budd, 46, were arrested for misdemeanor solicitation of prostitution. Budd was also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Connie Pusey, 40, and Linda Bosack, 57, were arrested for felony solicitation of prostitution. Bosack was also charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Danielle Leewood, 30, was arrested on an out-of-state felony warrant. She and Alicia Brock, 41, were both charged with exposure of sexual organs.

Danny Davis, 35, and Paula Price, 41, are accused of dealing in stolen property.

The operation took part in various locations in the East Gateway area of Clearwater. East Gateway is located south of Drew Street and north of Court Street, east of Missouri Avenue and west of Highland Avenue.
