CLEARWATER, Fla. - A Clearwater resident is safe after escaping a house fire early Tuesday morning.
Clearwater Fire and Rescue responded to 614 Orange Avenue about 3:00 a.m.
The only occupant in the two-story home was outside when firefighters arrived and he refused medical treatment.
It took twenty minutes to get the fire under control.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
