CLEARWATER, Fla. - Clearwater police say on ongoing argument over necklaces led to gunfire Tuesday night. One man was killed and his teenage cousin is charged with his murder.

Investigators say Terry Tyrone Davis, 18, and Nathaniel Gooden, 24, had been arguing over the necklaces for several weeks. According to a police statement, " Each accused the other of stealing the other's necklace."

The two finally confronted each other in front of a home in the 1100 block of Tangerine Street around 11:00 p.m. At one point, Davis pulled out a gun and shot Gooden several times. He died at the scene.

Davis was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.  He's being held at the Pinellas County Jail.
