LUTZ, Fla. - Hillsborough County deputies are looking for a man who used a tire iron to smash the glass from the front door of two hair salons in broad daylight Tuesday morning.
Detectives say he went into Prestige African Braiding, 13918 N. Florida Ave., around 7:10 a.m., but did not take anything.
He then went north to Lutz, and broke into Martha's Image Hair Studio at 18125 U.S. 41. He entered the business at approximately 7:45 a.m., and left with some cash he found inside.
The suspect is described as a white man, between 5'6" and 5'10", weighs around 160 to 180 lbs. He has a thin build, dark hair, and might have a mustache and goatee. He was last seen wearing dark pants, a gray t-shirt, black shoes and a black baseball cap.
