HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY - Hillsborough County Sheriff's Deputies are looking for two men who stole a semi trailer February 10 carrying $80,000 in aluminum pipes.
Deputies say two suspects cut the padlock on a parking lot gate at 7935 Benjamin Road. The suspects stole a 1997 Freightliner and a flatbed trailer loaded with aluminum beams.
The suspects fled undetected.
Surveillance video from a nearby Wal Mart store shows two suspects purchasing a padlock. The padlock was used to replace the one cut from the business gate.
The suspects left the store in a red Ford F150 truck with a flatbed topper.
The first suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30-49 years of age, 6'0, weighing between 220-240 lbs, with a large build. This suspect is also bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, camouflage cargo pants, silver frame glasses and dark shoes.
The second suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 30-49 years of age, 6'0, weighing 240-260 lbs., with a large build. This suspect is also bald and has brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue ECKO Unlimited t-shirt and blue jeans.
