HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. - Two suspects were arrested after stealing a tractor, a dump truck and a drive through ATM machine Sunday, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s deputies reported.

Robert Suggs, 37, and David Hall, 29, stole a Caterpillar front end loader and a GM dump truck registered to Better Roads, Inc in Hillsborough County.

Around 5:00 a.m. Sunday, the two men arrived at the Bank of America located Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The suspects used the stolen Caterpillar to remove the drive through ATM, which contained cash deposits inside.

The tractor was later abandoned  after the ATM was loaded into the bed of the dump truck.

The suspects drove the dump truck to 7709 Williams Rd. in Seffner with an effort to hide the vehicle and stolen machine. Suggs and Hall returned to the ATM numerous times to try and remove the money from the machine throughout the day.

Once deputies came to the scene, they found the two attempting to break into the ATM machine and steal the contents inside.

Hall Deputies claim the suspects caused approximately $1,000 in damage and are being charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure, two counts of grand theft motor vehicle, grand theft and criminal mischief.
