HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. - Amazon is coming to Hillsborough County in the very near future, according to the Tampa Bay Business Journal.
A land deal in Ruskin has been finalized and construction on a huge warehouse in Ruskin is expected to begin immediately.
The Business Journal got the confirmation from Hillsborough County Commissioner Al Higginbotham.
The project includes a $200 million capital investment and the creation of 1,000 permanent jobs and up to 1,000 temporary jobs during peak season.
