Eye patches, pirate hats and bandanas sold out at Squaresville

These are just a few of the sayings on t-shirts at Squaresville.  They are so popular, Gasparilla goers are plundering the racks.

"Today, I have sold about 300," said Craig Greabell, Squaresville's owner.

At $14 a t-shirt, Gasparilla is turning into a treasure chest of money for him.  Greabell said Gasparilla Eve could be his biggest day of the year.

"I had people today from Boston, Chicago, Atlanta, Ft. Lauderdale, Jacksonville, North Carolina, South Carolina.   It's been crazy today."

You can add New York to that list.  Brian Wright and his friends came down from the Big Apple and waited until they arrived in Tampa to get their pirate apparel.

"So far [I bought] a shirt and sunglasses," said Wright.  "I am looking for a bandana, eye patch, just go all out."

Wright will have to find another store to loot, because eye patches are Squaresville are sold out.

Bandanas are still available, that is if you are on board with that sort of look.

"Usually you go red and black, but we are going with pink because it is cute," said Sterling Shortall, who bought a pink bandana with skulls on it.

For those who haven't gotten their hands on pirate booty, your ship hasn't sailed.  Greabell will open his store Saturday for a few hours.

"At some point, they will have to walk the plank though," he said.
