TAMPA - Hillsborough County Fire Rescue battled a 3-alarm fire at an apartment complex in Tampa on Wednesday.
Crews were called to the Harbour Walk Apartments located at 8302 Crystal Harbour Drive around 11:20 a.m.
Flames and smoke could be seen coming from the building when firefighters arrived.
Once the fire was out, a total of 14 units had sustained damage and six were destroyed. The Red Cross was called to the scene to help those families displaced by the fire.
No injuries were reported as a result of the fire, but firefighters did rescue a dog from one of the apartments.
This is the second fire at the Harbour Walk Apartments this year. In February, a fired destroyed several units and displaced a total of 30 people. That fire was caused by an electrical short.
