Spring Hill, FL - A Spring Hill woman has been charged with murder after calling 911 to report she shot her husband.
Officials say 40-year-old Karen Lyn Biraghi told the dispatcher she shot her husband, 31-year-old Alan Biraghi.
Hernando County Sheriff's deputies responded to the couples home at 3219 Greynolds Avenue just before 1 p.m. Saturday. They found the victim dead from a shotgun wound.
Karen Biraghi has been charged with 1st degree murder. She is being held in the Herando County Detention Center with no bond.
Officials say there is no history of violence with the family in Hernando County.
