SPRING HILL, Fla. - A 20-year-old Spring Hill man died after being ejected in a crash on State Road 52 early Christmas morning.
According to Florida Highway Patrol spokesperson Steve Gaskins, Ronald Ray Foxworth was not wearing his seatbelt when he drove a 1987 Toyota Pickup onto the north grass shoulder of SR-52, near Secretariat Road, for unknown reasons around 12:50 a.m.
The truck overturned and Foxworth was ejected. The vehicle came to an upright stop on top of a barbed wire fence.
Foxworth died at the scene.
