CRYSTAL SPRINGS - A dog was rescued from a Crystal Springs house fire after a deputy called it in early Thursday morning.
The home, located at 39435 Bay Avenue, was on the same street as the fire station, authorities said.
Crews were able to contain the fire within five minutes and rescued a dog.
The home didn’t sustain much damage.
No homeowner or resident of the home has been found.
The dog suffered some smoke inhalation.
The fire is under investigation.
