Off duty officer's car shot

We're following breaking news this morning - someone shot at an off-duty St. Petersburg police officer's personal car, shattering the driver's side window. It happened near I-275 near the south side of the Skyway Fishing Pier around 4:30 a.m.
The officer says an older model blue Honda pulled up next to him and shot at his car.
He wasn't hit, but he has minor cuts from the shattered glass.
The officer was still in uniform and headed home when it happened.
The Manatee County Sheriff's Office is investigating. There are no suspects at this time.
