PHILADELPHIA - A 46-year-old Philadelphia International Airport passenger screener is in hot water for allegedly distributing more than 100 pornographic images of children through Facebook, Philly.com reports.

TSA officer Thomas Gordon Jr. was charged and arrested on March 24.

Gordon, who reportedly searched airline passengers frequently, allegedly uploaded explicit pictures of girls to a website where he also had a photo of himself dressed in his TSA uniform.

TSA spokeswoman Ann Davis didn’t say that Gordon was suspended from his job, but she confirmed that since his arrest, he has been in federal custody.

“We can assure the public that he is no longer working at the airport,” Davis told Philly.com

Gordon, who has been working at the Philadelphia airport since 2005, faces a “minimum mandatory sentence of 5 years.”
