If you enjoy your fair share of sandwiches and liquor, then you may appreciate a New York restaurant’s new contribution to the culinary arts: Alcohol-infused Panini.

These unique sandwiches at Salume Panini shop in Manhattan are given a good dose of scotch whiskey or gin, The Sun reports.

The alcohol isn’t burned off, the sandwiches are simply doused in the booze and served as-is.

Prosciutto with gin and Surryano ham with rye Whiskey are just a few of the options offered at the shop.

It isn’t clear whether the sandwiches are made available to patrons under 21.
