How would you feel if your child came home from school and told you one of the school employees drew on his head with a permanent marker?

That happened to Sheldon Williams and his family.

Sheldon goes to school in Texas.

Apparently, his hair violated the Marshall Junior High School dress code because of several lines shaved into it.

Check out the haircut for yourself.

Somebody at the school took out a Sharpie and filled in one of the little lines on each side of his head.

Possibly making matters worse, the school did not inform Sheldon's mother of what they were doing.

"ABC15 Now!" wants to know if you think the school went overboard?

We also want your take on school dress codes in general.
