Toby is a 3-year-old terrier mix in need of a loving home.
He is a very happy boy, easygoing and likes to be petted.
To meet Toby, visit him at the Pet Pal Animal Shelter located at 405 22nd Street South in St. Petersburg.
Hours are Tuesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed on Sunday.
