Behind The Kitchen Door: Wendy's International and Cold Stone Creamery among perfect scores

As the temperature heats up, you may start to crave some cold goodies and a few local ice cream shops have the cleanest inspection reports around. Cold Stone Creamery in Sarasota along with Billy's Soft Serve and Nibbles Scoop Coop both in Tampa also had perfect scores.
