From a wine bar to German food to yogurt and smoothies, eight restaurants in five different local counties earned perfect scores over the last year.

Citrus, Pinellas, and Sarasota Counties each had two eateries with no violations over the last 12 months. And Manatee and Polk Counties each had one restaurant that came away with perfect scores in one year.

The Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR) through the Division of Hotels and Restaurants inspects restaurants throughout the state. State inspectors can return for multiple visits stemming from one inspection until problems are corrected.

The list below includes seated and non-seated restaurants that received "zero" violations on every inspection over the last 12 months from its last inspection date, indicated below. Each report is a "snapshot" of conditions present at the time of the inspection.
