TAMPA BAY, Fla. - This week author and radio personality Skip Mahaffey is in the hot seat.  Find out why he wants to have a serious sit down with Santa.

1. What is your all time favorite movie or song?
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid. I love the lyrics.

2. Do you have a Smartphone? If so, what's your favorite app?
Yes and apparently it's smarter than me! I can barely handle Bubble Burst....but of course I have an ABC News App I use that all the time. In fact I just paused to check for updates.

3. Who do you count as your mentor(s)?
Besides Brendan McLaughlin? Seriously, I had a boss in Oklahoma (Billy Parker) who taught me the secret to success on the radio is talking to the audience like you were talking over the back yard fence. That's why you'll always hear me tell the audience to "Keep that da**ed dog outta my yard."

4. What was your very first job?
In 4th grade I used to throw papers with my brothers. We had combined three different routes and in order to make sure we got the papers delivered on time, they would literally strap me to the hood of my brothers car and I would throw papers from there. My favorite 'first' job came when I was 17 and I worked at the legendary Surf Theater in Huntington Beach California.

5. If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
I would change the fact that I care too much...sorry couldn't even finish that one. Actually, I wouldn't change me, I'd change everyone's perception that a beer gut isn't sexy.

6. What do you consider your greatest success?
Sean, Meagan, Carleigh and thirty years with my wife.

7. Tell us something about you most people don't know?
I'm Batman

8. If you could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would they be?
Santa, The Banana Splits and Ronald Reagan. I wrote to all three of them as a child and never got a reply. I want to know why.

9. What is in your fridge right now?
My keys. Guess where the milk is...

10. If you could have a different career, other than what you're doing now, what would it be?
Seriously, I love what I do but if I had to change, I'd want to write full-time.  (Now would be a great time for me to mention my book "Adventures With My  Father: Childhood Recollections of Divorce, Dysfunction and the Summer of Love" a hysterical yet touching tour de farce of two young brothers growing up in a divorced household in the 60's in swinging Southern California. Available in both paperback and Kindle on Amazon.com and Barnesandnoble.com!)

We hope you have enjoyed this week's profile and want you to be a part of the buzz!
