Are you ever curious about the real lives of politicians, celebrities and athletes?
Who are their mentors and who would they really like to meet? What's in their fridge?
Each Tuesday, ABC ACTION NEWS is asking the same 10 questions of a Bay area leader or celebrity. They're fun questions that let you get to know the person.
In this week's profile, we're thrilled to hear from tennis legend and Florida native, Chris Evert.
Evert is a former number one world champion. She has won 18 grand slams including a record seven championships at the French Open and a record six championships at the U.S. Open.
I met Chris at a donor appreciation luncheon this past week for kids charities, spearheaded by community activist Dottie Berger MacKinnon. Chris is the spokesperson for Simply Smart milk and presented MacKinnon with a check.
I found Chris Evert to be down to earth, compassionate, and really funny!
She told me she has always played tennis and truly never had another job, but if she did, she would want to get into your mind! Read more.
