Getting to know USF Football Coach Skip Holtz with this week's 10 Questions

Since it is bowl week, I thought it would be a perfect time to feature USF's head football coach Skip Holtz.

His USF bulls are headed to Charlotte for the Meinke Car Care Bowl against Clemson on Friday.  But first, I caught up with him for 10 questions.

1.) What is your all time favorite movie or song?
Braveheart

2.) Do you have a Smartphone? If so, what's your favorite app?
Yes.  I use the ESPN app to look at scores.

3.) Who do you count as your mentor(s)?.
My father (Who is highly acclaimed former football coach and current television commentator Lou Holtz)

4.) What was your very first job?
Stock boy at Wal-Mart

5.) If you could change one thing about yourself what would it be?
I'd like to lose 20 lbs.

6.) What do you consider your greatest success?
My wife and kids

7.) Tell us something about you most people don't know?
I love spending time at the lake.

8.) If you could have dinner with any three people, living or dead, who would they be?
Jesus, Winston Churchill and Martin Luther King, Jr.

9.) What is in your fridge right now?
Water and Diet Coke

10. If you could have a different career, other then what you're doing now, what would it be?
I'd probably own my own business.
