Here are five things you need to know happening in Florida on Monday, February 7.
(1) Rays equipment heads south
The Tampa Bay Rays are getting ready for spring training.
On Monday, Rays clubhouse staff will be packing up the team's equipment truck before driving it down to Charlotte Sports Park, the spring training home of the Rays. Clubhouse Manager Chris Westmoreland will oversee the packing at 2:00 p.m. today.
Rays pitchers and catchers are due to report in Port Charlotte on February 15 with position players due to arrive on February 20.
The Rays open Grapefruit League play on February 26 against the Pittsburgh Pirates.

(2) Wings of Freedom Tour
The Wings of Freedom Tour comes to Central Florida beginning on Monday.
The tour features three rare World War II aircraft, the B-17 Flying Fortress, Consolidated B-24 Liberator and North American P-51 Mustang. You will be able to walk through or take a flight in all three planes.
The B-17 is one of only 11 in flying condition in the United States, while the B-24J and the P-51C are the only remaining examples of their type flying in the world.
The Wings of Freedom Tour arrives at Lakeland Linder Regional Airport at 2:00 p.m. and departs Wednesday at noon.
Following the stop in Lakeland, the tour goes to Kissimmee Gateway Airport from Wednesday through Friday, before coming to St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport from Friday through Sunday.
The cost to tour the aircraft is $12 for adults and $6 for children. WWII veterans can tour the aircraft for free. Flights aboard the planes begin at $425 a person.

(3) National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day
February 7 is National Black HIV/AIDS Awareness Day (NBHAAD).
Ten different locations throughout the Tampa Bay area are hosting community health fairs and HIV testing today. For exact locations, go to www.blackaidsday.org/states/fl.html .
2011 is the 11th annual observance of NBHAAD. This year's theme is "It takes a village to fight HIV/AIDS!"
The primary goals of the day are to motivate blacks to learn how HIV/AIDS is transmitted, get tested so they know their HIV status, and get treated if they are currently living with HIV.

(4) Pinellas registration deadline
Monday is the deadline to registers to vote for the March 8 Municipal Elections in Pinellas County.
Belleair Beach, Gulfport, Kenneth City, Madeira Beach, Seminole, South Pasadena, St. Pete Beach, Tarpon Springs and Treasure Island all have elections scheduled for the date.
There are no elections scheduled in Belleair Bluffs, Belleair Shore, Dunedin, Indian Rocks Beach, Indian Shores, North Redington Beach, Redington Beach, Redington Shore and Safety Harbor because no more than one candidate qualified for each office.

(5) Governor Scott unveils budget
Governor Rick Scott will unveil his state budget plans at 1:00 p.m. during at tea party event in Eustis on Monday. The event will be held in the city's Ferran Park.
Scott's budget will have to address a projected $3.6 billion budget deficit. Part of his plans include consolidating state government offices, cutting funding for a number programs and possibly axing the proposed high speed train linking Tampa to Orlando.
Brendan McLaughlin will be in Eustis on Monday and will update what the governor is proposing beginning tonight on ABC Action News at 5.
