Extreme obstacle course races like Tough Mudder here in Tampa Bay are becoming increasingly popular. But the challenge for those wanting to attempt the race is how to train.

Well, right around the corner in Clearwater at Coopers Bayou Park there are built in obstacles that don't cost anything to use.

Fitness author and expert Pete Williams shows you how to tackle the challenge.
