Governor and First Lady announce Governor’s Wellness Challenge

TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - Governor Rick Scott and First Lady Ann Scott are inviting all public and private elementary, middle and high schools to participate in the inaugural Governor’s Wellness Challenge.
The challenge recognizes schools that are making a positive difference in the lives of the state’s students by promoting fitness, wellness and a healthier lifestyle.
Students, parents, teachers and principals are also asked to nominate full-time physical education teachers for the Physical Education Teacher of excellence awards.
