Saturday is Yoga Day Tampa Bay!

Suncoast Yoga Teacher's Association (SYTA) members are offering free classes and workshops for those new to yoga and those who practice regularly but would like to try a different style.

Kerry Porter Wills with Yoga Village , joined ABC Action News in studio to share some simple yoga techniques. Yoga Village has free classes Saturday at 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
