RUSKIN, Fla. - A fire broke out at a Ruskin business early Saturday morning, burning it to the ground and damaging a nearby business.
Firefighters received the call just after 3 a.m. for a fire at 807 U.S Hwy. 41 N. in Ruskin and found flames coming from the building. Firefighters had to attack the fire from all sides and had to use a ladder truck to fight the the fire from the air. The business appeared to be an air conditioning repair business, said Hillsborough County Fire Spokesman Ronnie Rivera.
A building next door also sustained fire damage. The fire was put out quickly and no one was hurt.
Fire investigators are trying to figure out what caused the fire.
