TAMPA, Fla. - More than 25 volunteers from the Home Depot worked on the landscaping at Lanier Elementary School in Tampa. The volunteers added flower beds, mulch and installed stepping stones.
The work is part of Home Depot's perform modifications to homes and facilities across the country. It's also a way for volunteers to give back to communities through volunteerism, and philanthropy.
The company says the Home Depot Foundation has granted more than $340 million to nonprofit organizations improving homes and lives in local communities.
