Mitchell High School substitute teacher Lisa Marinelli was arrested and charged with having a sexual relationship with an underage male student who attended the high school in New Port Richey. Marinelli, 40, was under investigation by the Pasco Sheriff's Office after the victim's father reported seeing his son get out of Marinelli's car while pulling up his pants. In May 2009 she pleaded guilty to unlawful sex with a minor and received one year community control and four years probation.
