SARASOTA, FL -- Sarasota County Sheriff's deputies busted up a prostitution ring and arrested a local businessman.
According to detectives, Frank Demarco, the owner of Sweets Upscale Escorts ran a prostitution ring.
Demarco also allegedly defrauded a local financial institution by refinancing a vehicle that had been seized by the Sheriff's Office and using the proceeds to purchase another one.
Authorities booked Demarco into jail on multiple prostitution and fraud charges.
