About the Opportunity:
We are looking for a professional individual who has a track record of providing excellent customer service. Kane’s Furniture stores are beautifully decorated showrooms. Each showroom is a kaleidoscope of today's most popular colors, styles and textures.
As a Sales Consultant, you will be the one who meets, greets, and assists customers in their selection and purchase of store merchandise. Responsibilities include, building rapport with customers to identify their needs and provide solutions, facilitate the entire purchasing process, and to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Our Sales Consultants have unlimited earning potential!

Sales experience is preferred and excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills, and a STRONG desire to succeed are required. We are looking for polished professionals who have experience meeting sales goals and providing exceptional customer service.

Additionally, our Sales Consultants are responsible for soliciting customers (personal contact, letters, thank-you notes, special promotion contact) to encourage new and repeat sales. They will coordinate delivery with customers and warehouse personnel, maintain assigned areas, and assist in keeping showroom attractive and neat.

Work schedule will depend upon business need and some weekend and evening hours are also required.

An hourly rate is guaranteed plus monthly performance incentives. Paid training is provided.
