(WXYZ) - The most recent J.D. Power survey finds that customers are more satisfied with their auto dealership than last year.
Rankings climbed in all five aspects of the survey including: service quality, service advisors, vehicle pick-up and service operations.

Lexus leads the ratings in the 'luxury division', but Cadillac is right on its bumper, coming in at a close second.
When it comes to the 'mass market' section, Mini leads the pack. However, Buick, GMC and Chevrolet are all in the top five. Ford comes in at sixth on the survey.
Dave Webb, sales manager at Art Moran Buick GMC says the new rankings reflect GM's renewed commitment to quality. "From the time you buy the car, to when you sell the car, we want you happy with the service" says Webb.
Carolyn Thorn says "Service is very important, it helps me decide where to buy a car. It is important to be treated well."
