Motorcyclist dies after slamming into back of car, authorities say

PINELLAS PARK, Fla. - A male motorcyclist was killed after crashing into a car late in Pinellas Park Wednesday night.
Florida Highway Patrol suspects the vehicle may have been stolen.
The crash happened just before 11:30 p.m. on Park Boulevard near 76 th St N.
Authorities say the motorcyclist was speeding east on Park Boulevard when he slammed into the back of a car also traveling east. He was pronounced dead on scene. The two occupants in the car weren’t harmed.
Florida Highway Patrol could not find a VIN number on the motorcycle and they say it may parts may have been stolen and pieced together. No charges will be filed. The investigation is ongoing.
