TAMPA - Shamrock is an 8-week-old Rottweiler mix who needs a forever home.

His temporary home is the Humane Society of Tampa Bay. The folks there tell us that Shamrock has lots of puppy energy and loves to play!

He just needs a family.

If you want to see him in action, then ABC Action News is the place to be today at noon.

We'd also like for you to meet a delightful kitty cat. Her name is Trixie. She's 1-1/2 years old and, if you can believe it, has been at the Humane Society since November.
