After Thanksgiving, Super Bowl Sunday is the next biggest day for high calorie eating.

Between finger food and beer, it's easy to pack on the goodies, but it doesn't have to be the case this year.

Fitness expert Pete Williams, with Core Performance , and Chef Andrew Ruga with Fitlife Foods joined ABC Action News in studio to share some tips for eating a tad bit healthier on game day.

Pete broke down the calorie count of some of the typical favorite beverages.

Chef Ruga shared food ideas for Halftime Nachos, Havana Pulled Pork, Beef Tacos, Turkey Chili and BBQ Beef.
