Recipe for Blueberry Crisp
Difficulty: Easy
Prep Time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 60 minutes
Serves: 8
3 ½ Tablespoons flour
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom
3/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
6 Tablespoons brown sugar
Zest of ½ orange
1 1/2 quarts fresh blueberries

1.    Combine flour, cardamom, cinnamon, brown sugar, and orange zest.  Mix with blueberries and pour into an 8" x 8" glass baking dish that has been sprayed with cooking spray.  
2.    Cover with topping (see below).  
3.    Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for one hour.  Allow to cool before serving.  

Topping:
6 Tablespoons rolled oats
1 rounded cup coarsely crushed Cheerios cereal
6 Tablespoons flour
6 Tablespoons brown sugar
5 Tablespoons butter, cold, cut into small pieces
1.    Mix dry ingredients until well combined.  Cut cold butter into dry ingredients, combining with fingers until butter pieces are just incorporated.
