TAMPA - Here are five things you need to know happening in Florida on Tuesday, July 23.
(1) Citrus County fire fee assessment
Citrus County officials expect many people to attend the County Commission meeting in Inverness on Tuesday.
Commissioners are expected to discuss a proposed $60 assessment fee for new fire services.
The $60 free would help the county make up for a $16 million budget deficit due to a tax shortfall from Duke Energy. The utility, which owns the shuttered Crystal River Nuclear Power Plant, is disputing its tax bill.
Parking restrictions in Inverness will be lifted from 12:00 to 5:00 p.m. due to the large number of people expected to attend the Commission meeting.

(2) St. Petersburg Primary Election ballots mailed out
The Pinellas County Supervisor of Elections Office is planning on mailing out ballots for the August 27 St. Petersburg Primary Election on Tuesday.
Approximately 61,000 registered voters have requested a mail-in ballot.
Voters will be choosing for mayoral and city council candidates in districts 4, 6 and 8.
If one mayoral candidate receives a majority of the votes they will be declared the winner and there will be no run-off election in the November general election.
The top two city council candidate in each district will advance to a run-off election in November.
The primary election also includes a referendum on the Lens Pier project. It asks if the city should add an ordinance terminating its engineering agreement with Michael Maltzan Architecture.

(3) Maximo Park boat ramp dedication ceremony
The St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation will hold a dedication ceremony for the new boat ramps at Maximo Park on Tuesday.
The seven boat ramps will allow easy access to Tampa Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. The former ramps were replaced due to their deteriorated condition.
Beside constructing new ramps, the $200,000 project including adding four floating docks, construction of a new restroom facility, security lighting, and parking improvements.
The dedication ceremony will begin at 10:30 a.m.
Maximo Park is located at 34th Street South and Pinellas Point Drive South in St. Petersburg.
(4) Williams Park Pool grand re-opening celebration
Tampa Mayor Bob Buckhorn will be joined by community leaders for the grand re-opening of Williams Park Pool at 9:30 a.m. on Tuesday.
The pool was closed to the public in 2009 because it did not meet public health and safety guidelines.
Construction began in January to repair the pool's shell and deck. New pool equipment was added and improvements made to meet current health department codes and ADA requirements.
"The re-opening of Williams Park Pool is going to be a great day for the entire East Tampa community," said Mayor Bob Buckhorn. "It will now be a fun, safe place for the community to enjoy."
Once open the pool will remain open daily through September 30. After the summer season is over the pool will be open four days a week, including weekends.
(5) Free Blue Bell ice cream at Outback Steakhouse
Tuesday is National Vanilla Ice Cream Day.
For the fourth year in a row Blue Bell will be offering guests to the original Outback Steakhouse restaurant free ice cream today.
Blue Bell will be giving away its Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. to restaurant patrons. The ice cream offer is good with any dine-in purchase while supplies last.
The original Outback Streakhouse is located at 3403 Henderson Boulevard in Tampa.
Blue Bell will also be giving away free ice cream on Wednesday in Tampa's Curtis Hixon Waterfront Park.
