Several new food items will make their debut when the season starts on Tuesday, April 2.
Hand-carved Turkey Sandwiches, Baby Back Ribs, Fried Dough with Fruit Toppings and All-Natural Hot Dogs are now on the menu throughout Tropicana Field.
Marc Spooner, Executive Chef of Centerplate at Tropicana Field said, “In addition to that…we have five choices of vegan items in the suite. Everything from roasted vegetables to Portobello Carpaccio with rye toast and bagel chips to mimic that of a beef pastrami."
The new items will be available the entire 2013 season.
