Sure, you could take a trip to Australia and enjoy the outback wilderness and maybe a trip to the Sydney Opera House.

Or you immerse yourself in the world of J.R.R. Tolkein and feel like you're experiencing the wonders of the Shire and the dread of Mordor.

Tours that take you to the real locations that films and television shows were filmed at are becoming increasingly popular, and you may be surprised at the locations that you never knew you wanted to see - like where "The Hobbit" and other Lord of the Ring movies were filmed. Or maybe you never knew you wanted to see the industrial laundry concealing Walter White's meth lab during a "Breaking Bad" tour in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

See a list of just some of the other movies and television shows that give you the "experience," with this article from The List:  http://wfts.tv/SlJvdy

The List is a television news magazine that finds the intersection between the news of the day and pop culture on a nightly basis. It airs on your ABC Action News station weekdays at 7 p.m.
