British boyband stars NATHAN SYKES and TOM PARKER came to the rescue of a female fan after she suffered a seizure at Glasgow Airport in Scotland.

The Wanted singers spotted the girl after the band's performance at the T in The Park music festival on Sunday (08Jul12) as they arrived to catch a flight out of the Scottish city.

The fan got so excited at the sight of her idols, she fainted and fell to the ground but knocked her head against a wall and suffered a fit.

Sykes demanded their driver stop the group's tour bus and he jumped off to check on the girl.

Fellow band member Parker tells Britain's The Sun newspaper, "It was as we pulled up at the airport that one of our fans collapsed on the floor. Nath stayed by her side while I called (emergency services number) 999. It was pretty frightening but anyone would have done the same."
