Prince to be feted at Billboard Music Awards

Legendary soul star PRINCE will get the royal treatment at the 2013 Billboard Music Awards later this year (13) when he is feted with the Icon Award.
The Purple Rain hitmaker will hit the stage at the Las Vegas ceremony for a special performance before accepting the prize on 19 May (13).
Stevie Wonder was recognized as the Billboard Icon at the 2012 event.
